If cancelled 21 days prior to arrival, 100% refund. If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date, 0% is refunded.
Notes
A change in your plans and checking out early will not be subject to a refund unless there is a loss of utilities, or an issue at the condo that cannot be resolved by the local manager within 12 hours.
